Necessary preference storage

We store your privacy choices in your browser using local storage under the name sma-consent-v1. This record contains your choices and a timestamp; it is used to remember those choices for up to six months. If your browser blocks storage, your choice may not persist between visits.

Optional AI voice widget

The AI voice widget stays off until you enable it. It is delivered from CloudFront and connects to the voice provider’s services, including Thinkrr. These services may receive device/network information, use cookies or similar technologies, and process information you provide in a conversation. Microphone access is requested by your browser when you choose a voice interaction. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the demo. Contact us if you need details about the provider’s retention or processing before using it.

Optional booking calendar

The embedded calendar stays off until you load it or allow it in your settings. It is served from atlas.strategicmarketingadvisors.com and may use cookies or similar technologies. Information you enter is used to arrange and manage the appointment. Opening the calendar directly takes you to that service.

Contact information

If you submit the inquiry form, we store the name, email, optional phone, business, service interest and message you provide in our private Supabase-backed team dashboard so we can respond. The form requires your agreement to be contacted about that inquiry. It does not book an appointment or subscribe you to a newsletter. If you call, email or book, we use the information you provide to respond and arrange the requested conversation.

Marketing resources and external sites

LocalPromoVault, AI Skills Vault, Skool, Facebook and LinkedIn are separate sites with their own privacy practices. Newsletter subscriptions take place on LocalPromoVault. We do not subscribe you merely because you visit this website.

Analytics and advertising

With your separate analytics permission, we count page views, browser-tab sessions and selected actions such as opening the booking popup, opening Kate’s panel and following resource links. We send the page path, referrer hostname and a broad device category to our Supabase-backed dashboard. We exclude query strings, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents and call transcripts from analytics. A random session ID is stored in session storage only after analytics consent. Counts do not include every visitor and do not identify every individual. We do not install advertising trackers.

Change your choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject analytics, the voice widget and the booking calendar separately. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future event collection and removes the browser-tab analytics identifier. Reloading disables revoked optional services. This does not delete information already submitted to providers; contact us for help with requests concerning those records.
