An example of a useful question
“I run a home-service business. Our team misses calls during jobs, and leads sometimes wait until the next morning. What should I document before trying an AI front desk?”
Start by listing your common questions, service area, booking rules and when a person must take over. That preparation makes the discussion more useful, whichever tool you eventually choose.
